Any small local business hears this all the time: “I can get a better price online” or “The place across town has a better price.” We admit that we hear this from time to time ourselves. We have built our business on value, not on price. We believe that we offer the very best value available in our market. But what does “value” mean exactly?
Price vs. Value
There are some products where price is king. Who wouldn’t choose the place that has the best price on toilet paper or gasoline? You’d be foolish not to. These are commodity items that are unlikely to ever require any support. They also do not require any installation or setup.
But what about technical items? Items that need installation, items that have the potential to fail, or items that have a need for service after the sale? I would encourage you to consider value as opposed to price for these items.
Here is something that you are not likely to hear anywhere else: Anything in our store can be bought for a CHEAPER PRICE elsewhere. But I would challenge anyone to find a better VALUE than what is offered at our facility. Value should be a critical component of most buying decisions.
What is Value?
When a client comes into our store and we show them around, we often ask them if this is the type of place that they would want to work on their car. We are batting 1000. Not 1 single client has ever said no! Why would they? We spend a great deal of time checking and ensuring that their vehicle is protected while in our care. We employ talented technicians who perform their duties to very exacting specifications. Our facility is clean, and we provide the tools that our technicians need to do their job the right away the first time. We stand behind our workmanship and, at any given time, our clients can speak with the owner of the company.

In the End, the Choice Is Yours
Can we provide the best value and still provide the best price? Of course not. Nobody can. It is the physics of business. There is a cost associated with doing a great job and providing the peace of mind that we do at our facility. You will not find this at our competitors. We know that your hard earned money is valuable. At the end of the day, you need to make the choice between the best price and the best value. Please consider this when doing so:
You have spent a great deal of money on your vehicle. You are currently considering an upgrade to this vehicle so we suspect that you will have it for some time to come. The difference between the best price and the best value, in many cases, can be less than the cost of 1 cup of coffee A WEEK!
