A client from Williamsburg recently came back to us for some additional work on his Axis A22 Wakeboarding boat. We realized we had forgotten to take pictures last year when we originally did the install. As you can see from the pictures, this is a serious wake boarding boat. Naturally it needed some seriously nice wakeboarding system!
If you’re looking to ramp up a system on a wake board boat, Wet Sounds is really the only way to go. We installed a set of Wet Sounds Rev10’s in black to the tower, with an Arc Audio KS300.4 amplifier bridged at 350 watts to each one. The factory equipped MTX amplifier was run to 6 of the Wet Sounds XS-65 coax speakers and the factory MTX subwoofer.
The factory Sony radio system was left intact as well, but a Wet Sounds WS-420 EQ was added, giving you completely isolated controls for the tower speakers vs. the interior speakers. It even gives you a microphone that you can talk to your wakeboarder from!
Need a serious system for your boat that will create some major waves this summer? Stop by or Contact us and we can find a solution for you! Also check out our marine audio galleries for just a teaser of some of the boats we’ve done over the last few years.
