A client from Richmond recently purchased a remote car starter for this 2018 Toyota Camry. The plan was for us to install the starter while the owner was on vacation in Florida.
The client dropped the car off so we could install a Compustar Prime R3 system. The Prime R3 is a long-range, two-way starter system that features an easy-to-use one-button remote function. Because the remote includes two-way communication, the client will know when the start command has been received by the vehicle. Since the system has as much as 3,000 feet of range, she can start her vehicle from home or work.
When the client returned, she was thrilled about her new remote starter. The weather here isn’t as nice as it is in Florida, but at least she’ll never have to worry about getting into a cold car.
If you are in the Richmond area and looking for a remote car starter for your car, truck or SUV, drop by one of the Extreme Auto locations, in Mechanicsville or Midlothian, and speak with our team. You can also reach us by e-mail using our online contact form.

Pricing will vary quite a bit around the country based on labor rates, experience, etc. I’d check with Sean Duquette at Lomas Glass and Tint. We have a client that moved here from NM and he spoke very highly of him.
