One of the things about Extreme Audio that separates us from the competition is we will ask you to drop your vehicle off for the day. You may ask yourself “I thought the installation only took two hours.” You may be right, the actual working time on your vehicle may only be two hours. Here are some of the reasons we always ask for a vehicle to be dropped off for the day:
1. Detailed Check-in Process
We do a detailed check-in process on each and every car. This process, which takes up to twenty minutes, allows us to go over the vehicle thoroughly and make sure everything is working properly on the vehicle. If we find something wrong, even if we do not offer that service, we will alert the customer of our findings.
2. Comprehensive Vehicle Protection
We go to extreme lengths to protect each and every vehicle from damage. We put the vehicle on a battery charger, install seat and floor protection, and even tape up areas of the paint where we will be working to eliminate the possibility of scratches. All of this takes time, but is worth it in our opinion.
3. Doing It Right Takes Time
We do the area’s highest quality installations so we will never cut corners. When we are doing an installation and something does not meet our high standards, we have the flexibility to make any needed changes without inconveniencing the customer by missing a “deadline.”
4. Thinking Outside The Box
As we are working on your vehicle, we may find a better way of doing something or recognize an opportunity for improvement or repair. Leaving your vehicle with us allows us the opportunity to think outside the box on each and every installation
5. Haste Makes Waste
Quite simply, we do not rush our installers. We pay them to be the best, most skilled technicians around. Rushing them goes against our grain and invites the possibility of mistakes. You want the job done right, don’t you?
