High-power Front Audio Upgrade Kit
The HD9813SG-TKIT includes a TM400X4ad marine-grade amplifier, a pair of TM6SG 6.5-inch speakers and the RFKHD amplifier mounting kit. The kit is designed to bolt directly into your Street Glide or Electra Glide without the need for trimming, cutting or drilling. Even the wiring to and from the amplifier connects directly to the factory radio and speaker harness. If you ever need to return your bike back to factory specifications, we can remove the kit and you will never know it was there.
The four-channel amp can be used with optional Rockford TMS5 5.25-inch speakers in the Tour-Pak rear location, with saddle bag covers and integrated speakers or “lowers” on the fairing.
The TM6SG Speakers
Rockford Fosgate engineers have taken their 35 years of experience and put everything they know into the design of these 6.5-inch speakers. A carbon-fiber reinforced woofer cone and 25 mm dome tweeter provide amazing sound quality. A massive 35 mm voice coil on the woofer ensures incredible power handling. These speakers feature fully water- and UV-resistant design that includes a secondary Santoprene front isolation spider around the tweeter post – a speaker is not water-resistant if the woofer cone is not sealed to the tweeter post.
TM400X4ad Four-channel Amplifier
Designed for marine applications, the TM400X4ad is the perfect solution for a bike. Vibration and humidity resistance, combined with up to 100 watts of power from each channel, ensure great sound and reliable performance. Rockford includes mounting brackets in the HD9813SG-TKIT that allows us to install the TM400X4ad in your fairing without the need for any fabrication. We just wire the amp up and tune it for your system.
