The new Alpine Halo-Series iLX-F411 multimedia receiver is now available at Extreme Audio in Mechanicsville and Midlothian. Building on the iLX-F309 and iLX-F409 models’ success with their 9-inch displays, the iLX-F411 steps things up with a massive 11-inch floating touchscreen design. This enormous screen has 49% more surface area than the 9-inch displays and is currently the largest of its kind on the market.
Class-Leading Display Technology
Alpine was one of the first companies to popularize the Mercedes and Audi-like floating display design. The 11-inch screen on the iLX-F411 features a capacitive-touch interface for crystal-clear graphics. With more than 1.1 million pixels, images and icons are clear and sharp. Alpine includes 0, -20, 20 and 45-degree mounting options so we can ensure that the screen looks great in your dash. Best of all, the F411 has the same compact single-DIN chassis that makes it easy for us to install in applications where a multimedia receiver wasn’t usually an option.
Source and Connectivity Features
The Alpine iLX-F411 includes an AM/FM tuner and has a USB port to play digital media files from a USB memory stick. The system is compatible with MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and WAV formats with sampling rates up to 48 kHz. As with most modern digital media receivers, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto cell phone connectivity is included. You can plug in your compatible phone and use voice commands to send text messages, make phone calls or choose the music you want. These interfaces will also provide turn-by-turn navigation directions to almost anywhere in the U.S., Canada or Mexico using Google Maps or Waze.
The radio includes a four-band graphic equalizer, adjustable electronic crossovers and signal delay settings that our technicians can use to fine-tune your audio system’s performance for an impressively realistic listening experience.
